Rafael Correa in an interview following Operation Jaque

Rafael Correa is the President of Ecuador, a country neighboring Colombia in the South.  Correa very often comments Colombian affairs and has opposed the military operations that the Colombian Army has executed recently against the FARC rebels, including one which resulted in the death of a FARC high profile leader inside the North terrritory of Ecuador.
